How It Works

From First Contact to Follow-Up — Every Step Documented

1

Make Contact

A team member meets an individual in the community — through evangelism, a church event, or community service.

2

Log the Record

The team member logs the individual in the secure Impact Registry — name, location, date, decision made.

3

Follow-Up Assigned

The system creates a follow-up task automatically, assigns it, and sends a reminder at the configured interval.

4

Follow-Up Completed

The team member completes the follow-up, logs a note, and marks it done. The record is updated in the registry.
