Structured Outreach. Accountable Ministry.
The BSC provides the tools, training, and documentation systems that help ministry teams take the Gospel into communities with compassion, structure, and responsible follow-up.
From First Contact to Follow-Up — Every Step Documented
Make Contact
A team member meets an individual in the community — through evangelism, a church event, or community service.
Log the Record
The team member logs the individual in the secure Impact Registry — name, location, date, decision made.
Follow-Up Assigned
The system creates a follow-up task automatically, assigns it, and sends a reminder at the configured interval.
Follow-Up Completed
The team member completes the follow-up, logs a note, and marks it done. The record is updated in the registry.
